Health Solutions Inc. is located on the serene tropical destination of St.Vincent and the Grenadines. More specifically our facility is located in Beachmont which is approximately a short 5 minute drive from the capital city of Kingstown where our main port is located where all cruise ships dock and approximately a 15 to 20 minutes drive from most hotels in the country. Our facility is a warm and inviting 6-station unit that offers treatments from Monday to Saturday usually starting at 6:00a.m. and running 2 to 3 shifts per day.
The facility offers the following for all patients:
- Free WiFi
- Pillows and blankets
- Both patients station rooms are equipped with flat screen TV with local cable for patient viewing
- Refreshments and snacks are available at no cost
- Catered meal is available at an additional cost
- Safe and reliable transport is also available at an affordable additional cost (cost of transport is determined on location on of pick up and drop off on island)
- The clinic is managed by a Canadian Registered Nurse and we have highly trained dialysis nurses.
- The unit is an infection free unit – we are unable to accommodate patients with infectious diseases such as Hepatitis B and C, HIV and MRSA)
- Arrangement of any transport to and from cruise ships for an additional fee
- Arrangement of all hotel accommodation and excursions for an additional fee

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines an island country in the Lesser Antilles Island arc, in the southern portion of the Windward Islands, which lie at the southern end of the eastern border of the Caribbean Sea where the latter meets the Atlantic Ocean.
Its 389 km2 (150 sq mi) territory consists of the main island of Saint Vincent and the northern two-thirds of the Grenadines, which are a chain of smaller islands stretching south from Saint Vincent Island to Grenada. The main island of Saint Vincent measures 18 km (11 mi) long, 11 km (6.8 mi) in width and 344 km2 (133 sq mi) in area. From the most northern to the most southern points, the Grenadine islands belonging to Saint Vincent span 60.4 km (37.5 mi) with a combined area of 45 km2 (17 sq mi). Most of the nation lies within the Hurricane Belt.
To the north of Saint Vincent lies Saint Lucia, to the east Barbados. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is a densely populated country (over 300 inhabitants/km2) with approximately 120,000 inhabitants.
Its capital is Kingstown, also its main port. The country has a French and British colonial history and is now part of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States, CARICOM, the Commonwealth of Nations, the Bolivarian Alliance for the Americas and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
Agriculture, dominated by banana production, is the most important sector of this lower-middle-income economy. The services sector, based mostly on a growing tourist industry, is also important.
Tourism Sector
The tourism sector has considerable potential for development. The filming of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies on the island has helped to expose the country to more potential visitors and investors. Growth has been stimulated by strong activity in the construction sector and an improvement in tourism.The Argyle International Airport was recently constructed and has been in operation for over 2 years. In addition to regional flights, direct flights are arriving in SVG from North America (Toronto, Canada & New York, New York) with plans to include flight arrivals from Europe in the not too distant future. This development has greatly enhanced access to this must-see tourist destination.
Accommodation
When considering a holiday in SVG or any other destination kidney patients on dialysis requires additional planning, so last minute bookings are not a realistic option.
